These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you") and Spade46 (hereinafter "Spade46", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Spade46 website accessible at https://spade46.cam (the "Platform"), including all associated services, games, applications, payment systems, and promotional materials made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the Spade46 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any other policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, responsible gambling guidelines, and any applicable game-specific rules.

Spade46 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related entertainment services. The Platform is intended solely for lawful recreational use by eligible individuals as defined in Section 3 (Account Eligibility) of these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Spade46 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. Spade46 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. This age threshold applies to all users regardless of jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or while using the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may only register and maintain one Account per person. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Own Behalf: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or voluntary account restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration on the Spade46 Platform requires the provision of certain personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. This information must be accurate and kept current at all times.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory process conducted by Spade46 to verify the identity of all Players prior to the processing of any withdrawal request and at any point determined necessary by the Company at its discretion. As part of KYC verification, you may be required to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the relevant e-wallet or bank account reflecting your name).
• Any additional documentation that Spade46 reasonably requests to satisfy its anti-money laundering (AML) or responsible gambling obligations.

Spade46 reserves the right to suspend a Player's ability to withdraw funds — and in certain circumstances, to suspend the Account entirely — pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by Spade46 may result in permanent Account suspension and, where required by applicable law or regulation, reporting to relevant authorities.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. Spade46 will never request your password through any support channel. Notify Spade46 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Spade46 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without Spade46's express prior written consent.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software underlying the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to running a gambling service or arbitrage operation using Spade46's odds or game outcomes.

The Platform, including all games, live dealer services, sports betting markets, and associated features, is provided for lawful entertainment purposes only. Spade46 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform and may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security purposes, regulatory compliance, or other operational reasons without prior notice.

All game outcomes on the Spade46 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. The outcome of any game is final. Spade46 shall not be liable for system errors, disconnections, or other technical failures that may affect the outcome of a game, though the Company will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any such issues fairly.

Spade46 supports a range of Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may vary from time to time at Spade46's discretion.

Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are published on the Platform's deposit page. Deposits made in currencies other than MYR may be subject to conversion at prevailing exchange rates, which will be displayed prior to confirmation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of Spade46 before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that matches the name on your KYC documentation.
• Spade46 reserves the right to apply a minimum withdrawal amount and to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within minutes to 15 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX) typically within 15–60 minutes. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods or if additional review is required.
• All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, irrespective of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations.

Spade46 reserves the right to withhold or delay the processing of any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, the Company will notify the affected Player and may request additional documentation.

Spade46 offers various promotional incentives to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback schemes, referral rewards, and loyalty programme benefits. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and take precedence over any general bonus provisions set out herein.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the Bonus Funds or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range between 15x and 30x the bonus amount. The specific applicable wagering requirement will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) relative to slots (which typically contribute 100%). Game contribution rates are published on the promotion page.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire within a stated validity period, which begins at the time of bonus credit. Any uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While active Bonus Funds remain in your Account, you must not place bets exceeding the maximum bet limit stated on the relevant promotion page. Violation of this restriction may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time.
• Abuse and Fraud: Spade46 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where it reasonably determines that bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or coordinated fraudulent activity has occurred.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Spade46 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players in poker, live dealer, or other multiplayer games.
• Using automated software, bots, macros, or any form of artificial intelligence to play games or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Conducting any transaction that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or otherwise obtained illegally.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward Spade46 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including resale of access or running organised gambling syndicates.

All content available on the Spade46 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphical interfaces, artwork, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, and video content (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of Spade46 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted no intellectual property rights in or to the Platform Content by virtue of your use of the Platform. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit any Platform Content without the prior written authorisation of Spade46 or the relevant rights holder.

The Spade46 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spade46, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory.

In no event shall Spade46's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Spade46 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Spade46 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. The Company recognises that for a small proportion of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

Player Protection Tools: Spade46 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible via your Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time-based reminders or hard limits on gaming session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary pause on their Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are typically processed within 24 hours. During any self-exclusion period, Spade46 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the Player from accessing the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of the duration and outcomes of their current session.

Spade46 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct on the Platform.
• The Player has provided false or inaccurate information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, the security of other Players, or the Company's regulatory compliance.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more (Dormant Account Policy applies — see below).

Upon Account termination by Spade46 for cause, any and all Bonus Funds and associated winnings shall be forfeited. Real money balances may be returned to the Player at Spade46's discretion, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any applicable administrative fees.

Voluntary Closure: A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting Spade46 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance remaining in the Account will be processed for withdrawal to a verified payment method in the Player's name, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

Dormant Account Policy: An Account that has recorded no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as Dormant. Spade46 may levy a monthly administrative fee on the balance of Dormant Accounts, as published on the Platform. Players will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the Company's licensing authority. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall in the first instance be addressed through Spade46's internal dispute resolution procedure.

Internal Dispute Resolution: Players who wish to raise a dispute or complaint should first contact Spade46 customer support in writing, setting out in reasonable detail the nature of the complaint and the resolution sought. Spade46 will use reasonable endeavours to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, the matter may be referred to any applicable independent dispute resolution mechanism designated by the Company's licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect that party's rights pending the outcome of dispute resolution proceedings.

Spade46 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Spade46 will provide Players with reasonable advance notice by email (to the address registered on your Account) and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the amended Terms.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account before the effective date.
